Luis and his crew did an amazing job on a two level pad at my house. They were very fair with their pricing, arrived on time every day and provided daily updates with pictures and included any necessary details.
Luis at J&N dug and poured a 16-inch by 42-inch concrete pier on my asphalt driveway to anchor a umbrella. This was not a standard footing. I gave him a two-page spec with drawings: 5000 PSI mix, the steel anchor hung dead level from a cross-beam, and the plate held about an inch above the crown so the bolts had clearance. He followed it to the letter. The crown came out flat and clean, the rim eased, the form tube peeled below grade, and the umbrella stand bolted straight onto the plate. Fair, upfront pricing, poured on schedule inside my 811 window, and the kind of care you want on something you only get to pour once. I would hire J&N Concrete & Excavation again without hesitation.
The landscaping along the driveway was extremely well done. The work is detail oriented and was completed as agreed upon. I have already highly recommended J&N Concrete & Excavation LLC.
